ABB Swimming Club are pleased to advise that we have an ABB Timed Club Night scheduled for Thursday 12th SEPT. This will be a perfect opportunity to get some qualifying times for the upcoming SMNE, Metro & State Meets!!!
Club night format as follows:
• Sign up for events on the night
• Warm up between 4.45 -5.20pm with races starting at 5.30pm
• Events are to be coach approved prior to entry
• Max 4 Events Per swimmer
• Gold/Black – Not to enter 50s form
• White Squad pick – 1×200, 2×100 and 1 x optional
• Fastest heat first
Meet Program: Note: Try to space your races to allow time for recovery.

3. 200 Breast/Back (Pick one)
4. 50 Fly
5. 100 Breast/100 Free
