I have forwarded on my earlier email a list of the rules for swimming NSW. All timekeepers have to report to the chief timekeeper half an hour before they are starting. If anyone can’t do a time can you please organise a swap with each other.

Club Timekeepers:

· Where possible, Timekeepers provided by each Club should possess the Swimming Australia TO Timekeeper accreditation
· Must report to the Chief Timekeeper who will be located in the Shane Gould Room
· Are expected to officiate for an entire session. However, it will be acceptable for Clubs to ‘roster’ Timekeepers to satisfy their timekeeping responsibilities (e.g., shifts per hour, etc.) by prior arrangement.
· Must not bring their mobile phone on pool deck. Where this is not possible the phone can be left with a SNSW Staff member
· Wear their Club shirt (if possible) and a SNSW TO badge if they are an accredited Technical Official
· Wear suitable enclosed shoes for working in a wet environment
· Avoid conversations with swimmers
