Camp Coffs Equipment list

  • 1 box cereal
  • 1 container (3 dozen) homemade healthy cake/slice or muffins (use disposable container if possible)
  • 1 box muesli bars
  • 1 litre of sunscreen
  • Medicines/puffers etc specific to you
  • Kit bag containing flippers, snorkel, pull buoy, kick board,  small paddles (and big if you have them), Fins, Band, Sponge/rope/belt, 2 x tennis balls, slates and pencil
  • Therabands
  • Goggles, Abbotsleigh swimming cap
  • 5 towels
  • 3 pairs of training swimmers
  • Beach swimmers/Boardshorts
  • Rash shirt
  • Enough underwear and socks to last you the week
  •  Hat
  • 1 jumper
  • 1 pair tracksuit pants
  • Joggers
  • thongs
  • Gym attire for fitness sessions
  • 2 x water bottle
  • Appropriate clothing for the week
  • Pyjamas

  • toiletries
  • Morning tea, lunch afternoon tea and drinks for the train trip to Coffs Harbour
  • Activities to occupy you on the train e.g. cards, book
