Event 1 – 400 IM/Free (Pick one) Gold & Black only
Event 2 – 200 IM (All White Squad)
Event 3 – 200 Breast / Back (Pick one)
Event 4 – 50 Fly
Event 5 – 50 Back
Event 6 – 200 Fly/Free (Pick one)
Event 7 – 50 Breast
Event 8 – 50 Free
Event 9 – 100 Fly / Back / Breast / Free / IM (Pick one)
Relay to finish – 4×50 Age Relay (All team members age must add up to 55 or less)
As always, if your children are participating – we would appreciate parent assistance with Timekeeping Duties.
Our Head Chef – Emily has also requested a few helpers for the BBQ.
